Route 12 includes all Cape Camino country routes, connecting the inland and West Coast sections of the Western Cape into one extended rural pilgrimage experience. This combined walking journey links the Riebeek Valley, Tulbagh and Golden Fields, Sandveld, Wild West Coast and West Coast Village routes, excluding the urban Cape Town Peninsula section. Distances vary depending on the selected stages, with daily walking ranges typically between 14km and 26km across farm roads, gravel tracks, sandy coastal stretches and open veld landscapes.
The All Country Routes Camino offers a comprehensive rural walking experience through vineyards, agricultural plains, fishing villages, remote mountain foothills and Atlantic coastline. Accommodation is pre-arranged with local farm hosts, guesthouses and village homestays, creating a supported and community-connected pilgrimage across multiple regions of the Western Cape. This route is suited to walkers seeking a long-distance countryside Camino that combines agricultural heritage, coastal scenery and small-town hospitality, and can be completed in stages or as an extended continuous journey.
All cancellations are subject to a 5% administration fee, regardless of notice period. This fee covers planning, coordination, and administrative work already undertaken.
60 days or more prior to departure: 95% refund (5% admin fee retained)
Between 60 and 30 days prior: 90% refund
Between 30 and 14 days prior: 30% refund
14 days or less prior to departure: No refund
Please note: Peninsula route accommodation requires full upfront payment to secure bookings. For these routes, the standard refund policy may not apply and refunds are subject to host terms.

Between 60 and 14 days prior: 10% rescheduling fee
14 days or less prior to departure: No rescheduling and no refund
Rescheduling is permitted within the same calendar year, subject to availability.

A 50% deposit payment is available when you choose the EFT (bank transfer) option at checkout. This will secure your dates. The balance is due 30 days before your Camino begins.
