Tokai to Muizenberg. 20 km (challenging)

Muizenberg to Simon’s Town. 23 km.
Day 5
Simon’s Town to Scarborough. 25 km.
Day 6
Scarborough to Noordhoek. 18 km.
Day 7
Chapman's Peak. 13 km (challenging)
Day 8
Hout Bay to Green Point / Table Mountain. 14 / 20 km (no chaperone)
