Wittewater to Goedverwacht. 14 km. Community stay.
Day 3, 6 Sep
Goedverwacht to Kapteinskloof Guesthouse/Sterkfontein farm stay (transported after a day spent in Goedverwacht). 16-23 km.
Day 4, 7 Sep
Kapteinskloof to Aurora. 22 km.
Sandveld & Strand Section Begins
Day 5, 8 Sep
Aurora to Redelinghuys countryside. 20 km.
Day 6, 9 Sep
Redelinghuys countryside to Redelinghuys. 14 km.
Day 7, 10 Sep
Redelinghuys to Elands Bay. 10 km with transport.
Day 8, 11 Sep
Elands Bay to West Coast/Fork West Backpackers 28 km. (shorter stretch available)
Day 9, 12 Sep
Fork West to Arend Louw. 13 km
Day 10, 13 Sep
Arend Louw to Dwarskersbos. 21 km. End after the days walk.
